As an accomplished electrical engineer, he has demonstrated his expertise both as a contractor and an owner, excelling in various roles, including engineering, project management, and leadership positions.

Charlie has a comprehensive understanding of the full healthcare project lifecycle, from inception through operations.

He began his engineering career as an intern performing Short Circuit, Protective Device Coordination, and Arc Flash power systems studies and has continued to perform them throughout his career.
