Jay is a partner, architect, and wellness advocate at RDG Planning & Design, where his focus is on strategic planning, design, and project management for the Senior Living market. He works closely with clients to define operational goals and craft spaces to support the mission, vision, and goals of the organization. Jay received a Master of Architecture, Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Design from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
